Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information JalShield, a product of Parat Haben Systems ("we", "us"), collects through jalshield.parathaben.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.
1. Information we collect
- Order details. If you choose "Order from our website", you give us your name and mobile number. You then continue to our checkout at bpo.parathaben.com, where delivery address and payment (online or cash on delivery) are handled.
- Enquiries. If you call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever you choose to share, such as your number, name and question.
- Technical data. Like any website, our server receives your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in ordinary server logs.
The compatibility checker and the interactive demo on this site run in your browser. What you enter or select there is not sent to us.
2. How we use it
- To create and fulfil your order, and to contact you about delivery, installation and support.
- To answer your questions and provide warranty service.
- To keep the site secure and working, and to meet legal and tax obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.
3. Cookies and tracking
This site does not set cookies of its own and does not use advertising or analytics trackers.
4. Third parties
- Fonts. Page fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google when the page opens.
- Marketplaces and messaging. If you buy through Flipkart or Amazon, or chat on WhatsApp, those services handle your data under their own privacy policies.
- Service providers. Payment, courier and installation partners receive only what they need to complete your order.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
5. Retention and security
We keep order and support records for as long as needed to serve you, honour the warranty and meet legal requirements, and delete or anonymise them afterwards. Data travels over HTTPS and access is limited to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. You may also withdraw consent you have given. Write to us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time, in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
7. Children
This site is meant for adults buying for their home. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
